Villa

Villa Santa Maria has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (3 en-suite), large lounge, large fully fitted kitchen and a private pool in a very spacious patio area. It has air conditioning and central heating making it ideal for holidays all year round.

The villa is built on two floors, each one with its own outside entrance at ground level, making it suitable for disabled people. The front is very large with a white cobbled stoned drive with plenty of room for cars. Access to the villa is via a private road lined with trees.

Pool & patio area: The pool is set in a large patio area at the back of the house. There's access to the patio area from the lounge, kitchen and also from the front of the house. By the entrance to the kitchen there's a covered area for eating and a large built in traditional style BBQ. There's plenty of tables, chairs, umbrellas and sun loungers available to use.

The pool is 14 feet wide and 28 feet long (approximately 4 x 8 metres). It has a shallow end of about 3 feet, where you can enter via steps, gradually sloping down to the deep end which is about 7 feet deep. There's also an outdoor shower in the patio area. The pool is cleaned and maintained once a week by a specialist company who come for about an hour on a Monday afternoon.

Kitchen: The kitchen is a light and spacious room with plenty of cupboard space and work surfaces. It overlooks the pool area and has a door which leads out to the covered area for eating within the patio area. Features: Large farmhouse table & benches which sits up to 12 people; Washing machine; Dishwasher; Toaster; Kettle; Microwave; Gas Oven & Hob; Fridge freezer; cooking utensils, crockery & cutlery.

Lounge: The lounge is a bright and spacious double aspect room with two large sofas and plenty of other seating. Features: Satellite TV; DVD player; CD player; Feature open fireplace; Large sliding patio doors leading to the pool area.

First Bedroom: Double bed, large fitted wardrobe with draws & long mirror. Large en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, toilet, sink & bidet.

Second Bedroom: Double bed & large fitted wardrobe with draws. Seating area which overlooks Budens Village. En-suite bathroom with bath, shower, toilet, sink & bidet.

Third Bedroom: Twin beds & large fitted wardrobe with draws. En-suite bathroom with bath, shower, toilet & sink.

Fourth Bedroom: Large room on the lower floor with double bed & large fitted wardrobe with drawers. Overlooks picturesque village of Budens. Shared bathroom & seated area as for fourth bedroom.

Fifth Bedroom: On the lower floor with twin beds & large fitted wardrobe with drawers. Leads out to a seating area with TV. Bathroom opposite with bath, shower, bidet toilet & sink.

Cots & Extra Beds: Two travel cots (one of which doubles into a play pen) are available at no extra charge. There are 'z beds' in the second and fifth bedrooms which are suitable for children to sleep on if needed.

Maid Service: The housekeeper comes for approximately 2 hours each day Monday to Saturday. Her duties include general cleaning, bed making and linen changes once weekly.
